You have just found the BEST in local, small-batch, natural maple syrup! Our 2012 cooking season is ending this coming weekend March 3, 2012. However, we will be at the "shack" on March 3 from 12-4PM if you would like to stop by and purchase some syrup, direct. We also have local retailers below that sell our product by the bottle. Open For Sales: Saturday, March 3, 2012, from 12PM - 4PM. Stop by! And we will be at California Nature Preserve on Sunday March 11, 2012, from 9AM - Noon. Stop by!
Tours: We conduct a limited number of formal tours during our cooking season of January and February on Saturdays. 2012 Private Tour Season is booked. Contact us in December or early-January 2013 to schedule a tour for that cooking season. Cost is 1 bottle of syrup per person.
