Anyone who has eaten maple products will agree that is worth all the effort involved in making maple syrup. Maple syrup is a natural product. Pure maple syrup has nothing added and only water is removed during the concentrating process. Concentrating maple sap to maple syrup makes it more convenient for man to store and use; and maple syrup is always ready for use on pancakes, ice cream, french toast, cereal, or in your favorite maple recipe.

Tell us your favorite Maple Story, and HAPPY EATING!

Nick, thank you so much for your presentation and tour last Sat. I love Maple Syrup but did not know the process by which it arrived in the bottles. And that homemade ice cream with the Maple Syrup on top was wonderful. Thank you. Marian McSwigan

At last! CLough Valley Maple Syrup is the first I've ever tasted that lived up to the raves in all the literature about Maple Syrup... completely lacking in that bitter side taste that has always characterized the maple syrup I've had before.
